The De Bortoli family story is one of determination and triumph that started 90 years ago in war-torn Europe and is now told, generations later, across Australia.

TASTING NOTE
Light, juicy, easy drinking Sauvignon Blanc with loads of texture. A nod towards Loire, rather than NZ.Clear appearance with fresh Kiwi fruit opens up to green melon and grapefruit characters which lead onto a crisp & refreshing palate with passion fruit flavours.

Food Pairing
These lighter style whites have a touch of zest and herbaceous characters, they match well with Cooked Seafood – seafood pasta and salads grilled prawns; fish and chips; scallops Vegetables roast pumpkin with goats cheese

TASTING NOTE
Deep red with purple edge. Plump, dark fruits, fennel and olive spice, dark chocolate. Soft, rich, plump, balanced tannin, cured meats, wild spice.

Food Pairing.
Authentically Heathcote and perfectly crafted to accompany a  Chargrilled ribeye seasoned with salt, rosemary and olive oil. Bold, brooding and delicious.

TASTING NOTE
Pear, honeysuckle and mixed peel characters are infused with lemony acid. Briny, textural and delicious.

Another dry winter followed by late spring rains enabled vines to produce a healthy crop of fruit. A hot summer brought Vintage on in a hurry kicking off on 21st of January.

Food Pairing
Try with grilled haloumi or soft shell crab sliders.

TASTING NOTE
Juicy Merlot combined with the richness of Durif and the spiciness of Shiraz makes these wonderful partners in this multifaceted blend. With hints of vanilla, a touch of sweetness and soft tannins ensuring a balanced mouth filling flavoursome wine.

TASTING NOTE
Very pale yellow – gold with bright green highlights. The nose displays lively aromatics of tropical fruit notes with an underlying citrus zest. The palate is bold, showing hints of guava and crisp green apple. The ensuing vibrant acidity adds structure, length and a pleasingly dry finish.

This pale dry Rosé has intense fruit aromas of peach and pomegranate. Everything you want in a dry Rosé – dangerously fresh, generously textured, a touch of spice and brimming with sophistication.

This dry, textural style matches well with antipasto, a platter of cured meats, salami, pate, charcuterie, roast pork

This limited edition frizzante style Moscato is refreshing, light and versatile with the perfect balance of bright fruits, zesty acidity and spritzy finish.

This fruit driven style matches well with Panna cotta, trifle, poached pears and mascarpone cream, lemon tart chocolate mousse with strawberries

TASTING NOTE
Pale with green hues. Fruit-driven with hints of green apple and wisteria. It tastes of apple and pear with fresh pithy lemon, gentle creaminess, complete with the very fine bubbles that we call ‘bead’.

Prosecco matches well with antipasto plates olives and hard cheeses, oysters, sushi, sashimi, filo tarts, salmon blinis
