Signature gin cocktail on arrival with canapes served by Festival chef Shane Bailey
Enjoy a signature cocktail on arrival from the Saleyards Distillery’s award-winning Billy Goat’s Gin as Warren Brewer prepares a small batch of gin in their mobile vat. You will not only learn about the rich history, alchemy and production of this virtuous tipple, but you will also have the opportunity to discover for yourself, the subtle art to making a good gin.
And on the menu, you’ll be treated to delicious canapes by Festival chef Shane Bailey (Noosa Boathouse/Beef Australia) as he showcases some of the region’s finest produce – prepared right in front of you at the Chef’s Table.
