Stay a while on the Capricorn Coast

A short 30 minute drive from Rockhampton and you’ll find yourself in the beautiful community of Yeppoon. The Capricorn Coast is exciting, diverse and breathtakingly beautiful. tretching a lazy 95 kilometres from Stanage Bay to the mouth of the Fitzroy River and is populated by a series of coastal communities ranging from fishing havens, rainforest retreats, scenic sweet spots and old school, Central Queensland-style seaside villages.

The main accessible island is Great Keppel Island and ferries depart most days to from Pier One, Rosslyn Bay and Keppel Bay Marina. There are also a number of charters, and full day cruises, sailing adventures, and extended tour options are also available from Keppel Bay Marina.
