Since it’s inception in 2015, the RACQ CapRescue Degustation has proven to be a culinary highlight on the Central Queensland event calendar as part of the Capricorn Food & Wine Festival.

In 2021, this spectacular dining experience will see renowned chef Matt Golinski present a superb six-course degustation, celebrating both local produce and talent. Together with premium drink pairings, fantastic entertainment and more, there is no denying this exclusive event will excite and delight once again.
